The policy

Not for you? Email support@macshield.app within 14 days of a payment — your first payment or a renewal — and we’ll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Please write from the email address you subscribed with. A refund ends Mac Shield Pro on your Macs; every free check keeps working, and Code Red is always free. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law.

How to ask

Email support@macshield.app from the address you subscribed with, and tell us which payment you’d like refunded. We refund it in full to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling instead

If you just want to stop future payments, cancel from the billing link on your subscription page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

What a refund changes

A refunded subscription ends Mac Shield Pro on your Macs. Mac Shield keeps working as the free app: every check, every result, the live advisory feed, every update, and Code Red.
